KEENWomen's Whisper Closed Toe Durable Comfortable Easy On Washable Adventure Sandals

I bought these shoes and almost immediately brought them on three different adventures: Camping, hiking, and to a theme park. Here is how I would rate them for each adventure.Theme park: I went to the park without socks. The entire day, my feet were comfortable, and I never got any blisters or pain from wearing them. This was even after I went on a water ride where my feet were completely soaked, and they were still comfortable, and they dried out rather quickly walking in the sun. 5/5Camping: I spent 16 days camping over the past month, and had tons of opportunity to test these out in the wild. For me, this is where purchasing hiking sandals can be a mixed bag. I did end up with two blisters wearing these shoes, but, I believe that was because of the three campgrounds I visited, two of them had many bugs that bit, especially my exposed feet. I believe the back outside of my feet were bit by ants, and that was what eventually turned to blisters. Even then, with the blisters, I still was able to use these shoes with socks. They were still very walkable, and I was able to walk in them with the blisters for an added four days. I can't complain about that. I pushed them to their limit, and still they performed. Also, during these camping days, we had a torrential downpour, where I had to walk outside and got my feet soaking wet. This did not keep the shoes from functioning, but it took longer to dry since I was always under tree cover; without direct light. 4.5/5Hiking: I took these shoes to a waterfall, where I walked into the pool below the waterfall. I never once regretted that choice. I continued to have good traction, and my feet remained comfortable, even with the water. 5/5Added notes: 1) They are slip on, and they can take a little tug to slip on. When I'm on my feet the whole day, my ankles tend to swell a little, and I wish I could loosen them, but I wouldn't trade that for the clicking of a buckle. (As I have experienced with another brand, and found the sound annoying.) 2) I wear size 8 and I got an 8 1/2. I felt the 8 1/2 fit, and I am glad I went a 1/2 size up. 3) I don't think the strap on top does much. 4) These feel like they were last a long time.

Very comfortable, true to size, I used the size chart and bought my usual size of 9.5 because my feet measure 25.5cm long. I could see how some reviewers said the little toe pops out the side. Mine does not, but it’s close. The Smoke Blue is not the blue gray I hoped for. Rather, it’s a little more Mediterranean Blue, but the picture represents it well on hindsight. These appear extremely rugged and durable.Edit: I sent them back and got the Taupe/Coral which are very pretty, and don’t call so much attention to themselves as the Blue (especially in my big size). These fit and feel exactly like the Keen Rose Sandals, but the sole is a little thicker, more rugged. Thus they are slightly heavier. I can see why several reviewers said the opening that you put your feet in at the top is small. It is, but I had no problem with it, as I have fairly low volume feet (skinny and low).

I absolutely love these KEEN Whisper sandals! I bought them for an upcoming hiking trip, but they've quickly become my go-to footwear for everything from trail walks to casual errands.Right out of the box, they were incredibly comfortable—no break-in period needed. The arch support is excellent, and the footbed is cushy enough to wear all day without any soreness. I’m sure these would fit fine if I could get my foot into them! I love the look; it’s very different and unusual and the colors are great, but the opening is so tiny I couldn’t even try them out. They aren’t adjustable anywhere either. Probably just as well as there appears to be very little arch. I have a high instep and a high arch; but, it’s the high instep that won’t allow my foot to get halfway inside them. So disappointing

I bought this brand because I read other reviews which said they run narrow. As I have a narrow foot I thought they would be perfect. They are! I purchased a size 10. I wear a 10 AA and sometimes an 11 lately, and my toe does not touch the end. The width is somewhat adjustable for wider feet. I wore them for several hours after I got them and there was no needing to get used to them. There's not much arch support and the padding could be more cushiony, but I did not have any trouble while wearing them or after. I imagine these will become my every day shoes. I've already received compliments! I bought the tie dye style.

Love my keen sandals. This is my second pair of them. They are super sturdy and lady forever. I can wear them all day doing everything and my feet do not hurt. The sizing can be a little different it just depends on how you want them to fit in my opinion.

These sandals have been very comfortable from day one. I have been wearing them with socks and do alot of walking so they have really been put to the test. My feet are wide so I was a bit concerned to see if they would feel too tight and they have not felt restrictive. They fit securely but are not at all uncomfortable. The protected toe is something I was looking for in sandals because I am not a fan of scooping up small stones with an open toed sandal that end up being annoying and requiring you to stop and dislodge them from underneath your foot.

Very comfortable. I have a narrow foot. Usually a 9.5 or 10. The size 10 in this shoe fit me perfectly. I wear them when I walk in a leisure pool (lazy river). I wear socks with them so they are extra comfortable. They dry quickly.
