CAP Barbell Flat Weight Bench, Black

So far this bench has been really durable! I use it mainly for bench press, kneel on it for bent rows, and also have used it for Bulgarian split squats. It has always felt really stable and strong and doesn't tip during my split squats. This bench is really light and easy to move around too. This bench doesn't fold up or incline which was in the description but thought I'd include that information in my review. If doing a hip thrust where you lean your back against the bench is something you want to do I'd suggest placing this bench against a wall where it can't slide backwards. Since I haven't tried that exercise I can't say if this bench is good for that or not exactly.I host group workouts in my garage 2x a week and this bench has gotten a ton of use over the past 2.5 months and has not worn out or broke or felt unsafe in any capacity.

Very nice, better than I expected

Perfect for a starter bench for at home workouts. Easy to build, except one of the holes wasn’t hollowed out completely enough to fit the screw in so it was super wobbly. Had to really shove it in and took me a while, but after it was sturdy and has done its job.

We ordered this for some basic home use using body weight and dumbbell exercises. Light enough to move easily. Very sturdy. Thick padding that wipes easily after use. Seems good and stable. Heavy use this summer and we still love it.

You can use this bench for many applications but I purchased this for dumbbell rows. The length is about 43 inches is why I purchased it. Most benches around this price range seem to be about 39 inches, the few extra inches help because I am tall. If you are unsure yourself, lay on the ground, plant your feet on the ground and have someone measure from top of head to the bottom of back. Most will be able to fit on this bench, on the 39 inch ones the top of my head almost is off of the bench due to height. I am mainly speaking about bench press here, laying all the way flat,etc. This is a cheap home bench, please do not expect a gym quality bench like others are. This is inexpensive and perfect. If you want a heavier/quality bench, please purchase something more expensive and stop leaving negative reviews on an item like this. Some people cannot afford expensive gym equipment and bad/incorrect reviews, a lot of time make people spend more, when they did not need to. Thanks!

Easy to assemble. Sturdy, well made, comfortable pad

Budget friendly and gets the job done. The stability is questionable at times but it has never given on a 400lb bench… at least yet. Affordable at least.

A great addition to my modest little home gym.Very well built and solid. I read the reviews about this bench being wobbly, but I find it to be rock solid with absolutely zero wobbly even on carpet... I weigh 198 pounds could dance on this bench if I had any rhythm.Assembly took all of 10 minutes, all the parts were in the box and there wasn't a scratch on it.It looks amazing, it's rock solid, easy to assemble, and provided a great base for multiple workout routines.I am not a brand snob, I buy what works and what I can afford. CAP fitness products are great budget friendly products I can really put to work without hurting my wallet.
