MM100 Getreidemühle

This is more of a criticism of the seller than the product. My order never arrived, and despite communication with the seller, in Germany (I live in the UK), eventually I asked for and received a refund - all praise to Amazon for that. I did purchase the mill from another source, as a birthday present to my partner, from her children and myself. It is an excellent product, and she was thrilled with the gift and the performance of the machine. I can recommend the mill to anyone wanting to grind their own grains, but would advise that you check that the seller is local to you to ensure delivery.

Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung von uns! Jeder der sich gesund ernähren möchte fängt mit dem Brot backen an. Mehl sollte man nur von der Bio Mühle kaufen. Diese Mühle hier hat bisher jedes Getreide super gemahlen. Tipp: Sauerteigbrot ist dad beste 🙂

Premetto che non avevo mai utilizzato un articolo simile. L'ho acquistato perché ne ho sentito parlare ed ero curioso di provarlo. Faccio il pane in casa già da diversi anni e devo dire che con questo mulino macino diversi tipi di cereali e il pane viene come fatto dal panettiere e anche meglio. Finora ho macinato il grano integrale, il farro, la segale e l'avena, ecco con quest'ultima bisogna inserire i chicchi un po' alla volta perché la farina risulta leggermente più umida rispetto il grano, farro e segale. Ho provato a macinare anche dei legumi, tipo le lenticchie ed è andata bene. Ottimo prodotto, sono veramente molto soddisfatto! Lo consiglio caldamente a chi vuole macinare la farina da sé e fare il pane e i dolci più sani e con un sapore naturale.

J'ai failli renvoyer l'article au bout de 8 jours car le nettoyage avec le riz ne fonctionnait pas . Puis j'ai craqué et je me suis dit l'essentiel est la farine de blé Depuis j'ai acheté mon blé et ça ne fonctionne pas sauf mouture très très grosse . Déception .
