I love sweet chili sauce, it works very well with stir fry as well as dipping cause of things like prawn crackers. I've tried a few different chili sauces, but some are very runny and some are too sweet/spicy. This one has a good taste and isn't too runny. I do wish it was slightly less thick though as it's hard to get out of the glass bottle but I'd rather it was too thick than too runny as they're just too watery and hard to use.This isn't my favourite chili sauce, the best I found was "Thai Boy Sweet Chili Sauce" but I can't seem to find that one anymore, so this is the best that's still available.
