Not too happy, I own many Andis shavers/clippers and a big supporter of their products.This is the 1st major let down from Andis.- Takes many many passes to remove hair- Not sharp enough to do neck or facial hair.- Broke on the second day.- Very disappointed on time and money wasted on this product.- I do not and can’t recommend this product and believe this product should have never been released.

Teenage son's "my first beard trimmer" (for those 3 chin hairs and the razor thin porn stache.... can also be used for "bathroom trimming that you really don't HAVE to tell your mom about, but feel the need to over share)My 13 yr old has found about 19 facial hairs, and to hear him tell it "a virtual forrest of unmentionable proportions else where.... (insert eyeroll)".This baby is amazing! The teen spawn thinks its the best thing hes ever owned! With the exception of the 2 am message that said "hey momma, can my hair thing go in the shower with me".. (no). It has been a life saver in his epic facial hair journey (journey of about 14 hairs... but none the less).Good starter razor. Teenage son hasn't broke it! That in for is worth untold amounts of money!

Good clippers. Definitely get the job done for what you paid for. The only down fall it doesnt come with a charger for the battery, and the battery doesn't do enough justice for the clippers. You can feel how it starts loosing power when you turn them on. I use them for my kid clients, they cut good are quite and easy going on my little clients. I would say they cut at about a 0 level, vs a 00.

If you are looking for a trimmer to edge up your sideburns, mustache, etc, then this is NOT the trimmer for you. It didnt cut anything I tried to use it for edging on. It could be used to cut off my mustache, but I didnt buy it for that. It does not work at all as intended, and pulled hair several time. I tried it right out of the packaging, I tried it with the supplied oil, and I tried adjusting the heads - nothing made it work! Very disappointed.....
