at first looking good , but when I use it, it has issue one sticky keys and key stroke delays , I feel it is a copy of the original dell keyboard. no recommended to buy this product. I'm a fan of OEM keyboard , but this one is not one of those original keyboard from dell.

Descent according to the price

The logic of the keyboard got lost when it had no input for 2 weeks, now my keyboard freezes and makes my other devices not work properly

We thought first its issue from the pc or driver but later we found it is the keyboard issue

Replacement

I received my component in the wrong Layout, I needed it in the UK Layout (just as mentioned in the Description Details) but it was in the US one and that was so disappointing.What made it worse was receiving it pre-cut, which means its plastic tape was cut before I unboxed it

This Dell keyboard is bit stiff, not for soft touch fans. once you adjust, it's worth it. Solid build, satisfying click. Takes effort, but worth the buying.
