I have purchased the $19.99 poster and the $9.99 poster and they are very close in size and have great exercises. This is a great purchase, worth every penny. My poster arrived quickly, it was rolled up so it was in great condition, no issues. I purchased other posters from this seller with no issues; will definitely buy more from this seller!

Easy to follow instructions with great visuals. I have them up on the wall in my fitness room and this makes it easy review the moves and then execute. With all 3 cards this provides a variety.
