Bamboo TreeRice Noodle (Medium- 3MM) 400g - Pack of 3

Wonderful for Thai drunken noodles. Need to keep a close eye on them during soak, otherwise go too soft, after soaking they will continue to cook in wok, so need to be on hard side of al dente before you put in wok.

I can't have wheat or gluten products. I really miss pasta and noodles but these rice noodles noodles are fab.Perfect for coeliacs or for those with Non coeliac gluten sensitivity. ( I'm not that keen of GF noodles)I use these in place of tagliatelli noodles. They work well enough for me to enjoy bolognese or other sauces. I Make my own ramen bowls with them. A lot of packet Ramen contain wheat.

Pros: good noodles, tastes niceCons: not the easiest to split into smaller portions

Ok if not too fussed about the texture but i find the noodles a bit too thick and hard despite cooking long enough. Prefer the ones I get from sainsbury, actually taste more like Pho noodles

Great noodles for cooking Pad Thai, which are often hard to come by
