The magnets are very strong and easily fold a 5” inch heavy duty offroad LED e.g. AUXBEAM. However, you must ensure that the surface of the car, where you place the magnets is NOT curved so both magnets have FULL contact with the car. The magnets themselves are not bendable and therefore will not adapt to the cars surface. These magnets have an 8mm receiver hole for the offroad light. Most offroad lights have a 10mm screw. Either get a 8mm screw or dill the hole in the plate a bit bigger.

These pads are strong but not adequate for spots with nuts and bolts; they are for the horseshoe type (the frame that holds the LED bar or spots). Otherwise, the bolt will screw in and damage the car's body.

These worked great for mounting my light bar. Didn't have to drill holes in my bumper. They hold great and have never moved.
