Q: What are the dimensions?

Dimensions: 20 inches wide, 13 inches depth, 10 inches high. This bag supports large pizza boxes, not extra large or giant pizzas. Need larger or another bag for that purpose. Do not need that except in rare cases. Bag has flexibility to enlarge a couple of extra inches for larger orders. I place up to 3 bags of restaurant food orders to keep food hot while driving to places 20 minutes away. Be careful with drink cup holders. Small drink covers can pop off or leak depending on the restaurants cup quality to stay in place. Large and extra large drinks are fine. Overall rate this bag a 4 out of 5. Hope this helps. The difference is the height. You actually could fit bigger bags if need and able to close the bad easier.

Q: How long does it keep food hot/cold for?

This bag will effective keep your food hot for up to 30 minutes. I'm a Uber driver and never had complaints of cold food. Caution: holds pizzas/boxes of 14 inch or less. Giant pizzas from some locations you will need a bag that is larger to support food items this large. 95% of the time this bag supports making 2 deliveries as requested by Uber Eats for me to make. Bag is insulated. It can carry and keeps cold , cold food such as fruit deliveries. Don't combine hot and cold deliveries using this bag. Also cup holders realy only support the large or extra large drink cups. Small drinks can be a problem. Advise separate drink holder in your car. Hopes this help. Excellent food container overall.
