Ich hatte bei Bread Ahead einen Donut Kurs gemacht und war danach so begeistert von ihren Rezepten - DIE IMMER FUNKTIONIEREN!!! - dass ich danach sofort das Backbuch gekauft habe. Ich hatte davor immer Angst vor Hefeteig - weiß jetzt gar nicht mehr wieso. Habe mittlerweile meinen eigenen Sauerteig angezüchtet und backe regelmäßig Brot. Die Croissants, Scones, Bagel etc. sind auch genial. Kann ich wirklich SEHR EMPFEHLEN!!!

One of my kids had this book and I borrowed it so much I finally bought my own. I just love this book, with detailed photos of how to bake as well as detailed instructions for each process. I have made many of the recipes in this book as well as added to my daily bread routine. The photos in the book are professional and the the quality of the book itself is a work of art. If you are a weekend baker or just want to add to your cookbook library, I'd highly recommend this amazing book.

Best sourdough recipe EVER!!! I've adjusted it and made it my own and honestly my bread game has gone up to the max. The stiff starter is perfect for any recipe you would like to create yourself. The doughnuts are to die for. Everything I've tried in this book has worked perfectly. AMAZING!!
