This is a nice, inexpensive roller. Although some reviewers have described this as having ball bearing rollers, that is not the case. These are plastic beads on a metal bar. They turn easily and the roller works fine for IT band and muscle work.

Decent for the price. It came with the rollers too tight. Had to twist & pull outward on the handles. Works fine now. Wonder if it will start getting too loose.
