Q: Does this really make your hair thicker? I have short hair and it is thin.

I too have short thin fine hair. I found my hair is not weighed down by this product but part of the thicker hair is the health of the scalp you obtain from this product. no sulfates means healthy scalp. the rosemary is great for the scalp as well.

Q: I ordered this shampoo and conditioner. Neither one will close properly. The cap will not "snap" shut. Has anyone else had this problem?

I finally figured it out. Once you've 'closed the cap' push on the top of the lid in the center where the plug clips in you'll hear a click and it closes. It doesn't take any effort at all to get it closed this way.

Q: What is the difference between the everstrong and everpure volume sets, or are they the same thing?

Hi, I am not positive, but I believe the everpure is for color treated hair, to keep the color in while shampooing; and the everstrong is to help hair damaged from styling and environment.

Q: What is expiration date on current inventory I would be purchasing?

This product has a shelf life of three years stored in a cool, dry place and we suggest discarding after having it been open for one year.
