Excellent !
This is an excellent drive. It's compact and has very fast transfer rates. I've used transcend usb drives for 10 years and I have not had one issue with them.

Fast enough
Fast enough flash drive, although it won't win any speed records. The read speeds are acceptable and similar to a 2.5 inch USB 3.0 HDD, whereas the write speed is typical for USB 3.0 flash drives and rather slow (but at least no abysmally slow) for the capacity averaging around 25 MB/s.

It's amazing how much 64 gigs hold
It's amazing how much 64 gigs hold. Just remember that if you need more than 55 GB (for some astronomical reason), get a bigger flashdrive. The amount of actual space is never the amount advertised. This one has around 53. Would definitely recommend taking advantage of the USB 3.0 speed if your computer can handle it. The speed is mind blowing.

I love these, especially the design.
I've used this kind of Trancend for a long time. I love them. I had bought 3 of the 16 GB Trancend types where the USB connector slid out. That is a terrible design. I could never get the USB connector to stay out far enough to connec to the port, it would always go back in, so I guess it didn't lock in the "out" position. I saw this big 128 GB and knew I had to have it. Hard to believe my first PC I brought home in 1996 to work at home as a medical transcriptionist was a Win 3.11 with 1 GB hard drive. I only wish the 128 GB Transcend flash drive had a colored collar like the others I have.

Transcend - solid speed, solid drive - with software
This is just my latest Transcend - my first was a 1GB many years ago.The reason I bought the first one was it was one of the few capless drives at the time. And this is also capless - wouldn't buy any other kind. Also they come with (downloadable) security software, are quicker than most in my experience and I've never lost data.Delivery was quick and the slide operates smoothly. It's USB 3.0 - but backward compatible. Good.4 stars because it could be faster - as in 'anything could be faster'. But speed is money and this is quick for the money. If / when I need another 64GB drive, it will most likely be a Transcend (unless there's a really big sale on something equal).
