Nice Foundation that works --
Blends nicely, goes on smoothly, has good coverage, and its a nice light foundation that lasts all day and best of all the ingredients will not worry you!(They have changed their formulation and it does not contain any parabens anymore.) Incidentally, I bought this for my mom, who has a slight olive complexion, and darkish circles under the eyes - this foundation in Natural color worked for both her type complexion and the dark circles. She does not have very dry skin or very oily skin, but more combination skin and this smoothed out the combination skin areas just fine. It's also a sunscreen, moisturizer and foundation all in 1. Definitely worth a try!"

I do like this product, a little dark but blends very well and feels great on my skin compared to Loreal True Match ...I did buy this considering it is paraben free and better for my skin as everything gets absorbed into our blood stream so trying to go more "organic" chemical free products. This does look very natural and not great coverage but light coverage. I have mixed with a lighter shade and looks fine. Water-based, lightweight and natural-looking, but with excellent coverage. It works hard to keep skin healthy with both a UVA /UVB sunscreen, organic herbs, and antioxidants. Organic aloe vera quenches thirsty skin, saccharide isomerate, a natural sugar that binds water to the skin acting as a reservoir for continuous moisture. Organic herbs and vitamin E rejuvenate, protect and soothe skin. Gluten-free. Vegan. Paraben-free. Ingredients: Active: Titanium dioxide. Organic aloe vera gel, glycerine, isopropyl palmitate (from palm wax), saccharide isomerate (natural sugar), organic sunflower oil, TEA palmitate (from palm wax), kaolin, magnesium silicate (a natural mineral), organic extracts of chamomile, calendula, cetyl alcohol (emulsifier), soy lecithin, retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A) flower wax, iron oxides, phenoxyethanol, natural fragrance.

Greatest foundation ever!
Love this foundation! My ultra sensitive skin can only take a few things and this is one of the few products that my skin not only tolerates, but seems to love. It makes my skin look and feel smoother and younger and acts more as a treatment for my skin, not as a makeup. The ivory porcelain is definitely for the very fair skinned. If I have any sun on my face at all I can't wear it. Although it is sheer & not heavy, the color is for milky skin tones.

My first pick
The girlfriend here! I have never used liquid foundation, have always used mineral or powder. Thought I would try out some liquid for a little better coverage, having a slight case of redness from rosacea. Anyway, this stuff is amazing! I wish I had tried it a long time ago. Very easy to apply, just rub it in like moisturizer and make sure it is even. I use the natural color of liquid then I use a brush and lightly brush over with linen color of the ecco bella pressed powder. The combo of the natural with the linen gives my skin a nice natural sun kissed glow! It lasts all day too! My face will get oily in the afternoon but not with this stuff! Doesn't dry out skin, doesnt clog pores and keeps the oil away (when used with the powder).

Darn....Not so great.
I had been using Revlon ColorStay Foundation for combination/oily skin and I have yet to find a foundation that is better. UNFORTUNATELY, I've learned that the ingredients are harmful. So, I came across Ecco Bella Foundation in my quest for a natural make up. I was hoping after reading the many rave reviews that this foundation would be awesome. Not so much; it does not "feel good on your skin" as it claims to and does not glide on nicely. After I applied it, I was like, "Yuck...". I always put a translucent powder on top of my liquid foundation for a matte finish and for some oil control, but it did nothing. My face was shiny after about 1/2 an hour. To be fair, I don't think this foundation says it's for oily skin, but other people with supposedly oily skin said it worked for them. uh, huh...uh, uh. Not for me. :( It actually seemed to make my pore even more visible. Bleck! The color definitely has a pink undertone, which I wanted, but it was too dark for me. (I'm fair with freckles). I think I will give it another try in a lighter shade, but next time I will use a primer (Reviva), and see if that helps with the application, pores, and oil control. *fingers crossed* LUCKILY, it is a decent price, so I think it might be worth one more shot. I'll update when I do. UPDATE So, I tried to give this foundation another shot (the original one I bought), just to make sure if I really wanted to try another color. But, I know now for SURE that I will definitely NOT be trying it again. Even if I did match my shade, it still will be a poor foundation. It feels so GROSS. . I am so bummed I wasted money on this. I'm going to try glominerals liquid foundation next....

I was fooled into this
I have been switching my make-up to products without Titanium Dioxide, which is now classified as a carcinogen. I found Ecco Bella's Foundation and was delighted; [ASIN:B000URVDIQ Ecco Bella FlowerColor Liquid Foundation SPF 15, Natural] but there is a big problem. When my package arrived, the outside package was written in English and French. The English lists a whole lot of ingredients; no titanium dioxide, but the French has "Actif: dioxyde de titane." That is titanium dioxide!!! No ingredients on the actual product. I now am in touch with the company to deal with this and see what else is misrepresented. The description on Amazon is "A treatment, sunscreen and foundation all in one! Water-based, lightweight and natural-looking, but with excellent coverage. It works hard to keep skin healthy with both a UVA/UVB sunscreen, organic herbs, and antioxidants. Organic aloe vera quenches thirsty skin, saccharide isomerate, a natural sugar that binds water to the skin acting as a reservoir for continuous moisture. Organic herbs and vitamin E rejuvenate, protect and soothe skin."

Formula Has Changed
I have used this foundation for years, and loved that it is/was- relatively natural, light feeling, even coverage doesn't clog my sensitive skin, and covers blemishes. The linen color is perfect for my blending in with tanish skin or giving you a little light tan glow.I would have given it 5 stars about a year ago. I don't think it had sunscreen until the last year or so, however. There is no "new and improved" or any notice of changing formulas, but since they have added the spf (which is great!), it is different. It is slightly more sheer, making it almost ineffective in hiding blemishes now. Also, it tends to separate and gum up in little dark clumps on the surface of my skin after applying. This never happened before. I am super bummed that the benefit of adding sunscreen has been negated by the shoddy new formula. This has been my go-to product, and now I am searching elsewhere. I hope they re-do the formula, and then let consumers know that it is improved!

Ecco Bella FlowerColor Foundation - Ivory Porcelain
I have recently been trying to get into cosmetic products that are not harmful. I was kind of hesitant to place an order for foundation that I have no idea how it applies and looks on the face. I tried looking up videos to see if anyone was showing the application of this foundation - could not find anything. Every video there was, the ladies had already had make up on their faces. I am considering doing a video review just so people can at least see how it applies, and judge from there. Anyhow, if you have dry skin - it is more noticeable when you apply this foundation, or any foundation for that matter... I would suggest applying rose water to your face before applying the make up. Make sure there is no moisture, or else the foundation will not apply well. Apply in sections. This foundation dries quickly - so you need to do portions of your face at a time (either way, this is how I have always applied my make up...) Rub it in over your face, then after, I would suggest patting your fingers against the freshly applied make up, this helps reduce the streaking that occurs from rubbing it in on your face. A little bit of this foundation goes a long way, so you do not need much. (I would not over apply this make up, that is when it starts to look flawed. If you are experiencing a breakout and are trying to cover the redness from acne/etc., after applying all over the face and patting it, dab a tiny dot on your finger, then dab that tiny dot of foundation to your acne - let it sit for a few, then pat it.) After the application is done, apply the Ecco Bella Face Powder (I purchased the Fair color). This helps with shininess. You may need to apply this throughout the day, depending on how oily your skin is. We have also recently had some hot weather, and I have not had any issues with this foundation sweating off of my face. I got slightly more oily than usual, but the face powder helps with that! I came from using the CoverGirl Natureluxe Foundation - Alabaster, which is full of all sorts of crazy ingredients (just like every thing else in America...) Ecco Bella FlowerColor foundation does not apply as nicely as that foundation, but it looks as good as that foundation after it has been applied. I would say if you're as pale/light skinned as I am, purchasing the Ivory Porcelain color would be a good choice. If you are unsure of what color to get, look at the descriptions listed on the Ecco Bella website. I would suggest going a shade lighter than what you think you are, for blending purposes. If I do end up creating a video review, I will post it on here.
