Wow and just wow again, this pie maker is excellent, make your pastry cut it with the cutter provided, turn your pie maker on put your pastry in and your chosen filling, my first pies were cooked chicken, gravy peas, plus I put a little made paxo with added onion and sage. Just perfect. I didn’t oil the maker or put egg on the pastry and it was perfect comes out so easily. You can add whatever you want, one time I had left over bacon too and added peas. Just add chips or mash

Brilliant. Easy. Healthy. ( Make your own none upf pastry) You know what goes on your pie .. portion control Once a week we use it. Simple. Easy. Always great result. A must if you like pies and are worried what crap supermarkets put in pies

This is a lovely little gadget. Easy to use and clean. The pies are cooked perfectly. The only downside for me is getting the pie out. I just tip them out. (One of my son’s has a different make and has the same problem. Plus, his was far more expensive than this one) so that’s the reason for 4star instead of 5.

Really good pie maker. Really easy to use. Just line with pastry and put filling of choice in. Cooks thoroughly and evenly.

Really pleased with this item. Cooks pies in 15 minutes. Crispy pastry every time. Fill the pie with pre cooked fillings, fill to top so that the pastry lid is in contact with the grill. The best way to remove the pies is to turn out onto a plate. Excellent way to use up leftovers, put them in a pie! Wipes clean.

Very disappointed with this Salter Pie Maker. Purchased in October 2025, I've only used it 5 or 6 times and the left pie dish has stopped working properly! I made two lamb pies yesterday evening, the pie in the left side dish was nearly raw on top. The bottom had cooked nicely, but the pie top was hardly cooked, even after 20 minutes, by which time the bottom was too crisp to put a knife through. The pie cooked in the right side dish was perfect after 11 minutes.

Makes fabulous deep pies, with beautiful crisp pastry. Also the pastry cutter is perfect, so no oozing out from wrongly cut pastry. Highly recommended.

Looks cheap and not worth $70. Plug is an American one and no Australian one supplied. Would not recommend
