Word 2016 for Mac Introduction Quick Reference Guide (Cheat Sheet of Instructions, Tips & Shortcuts - Laminated Card)

When I worked, I had to use Word everyday to type letters, memos, wills, contracts and litigation documents; and I kept a reference book close by. I have been retired from such work for a while now. With this and similar sheets you are reminded of how to do tasks that require multiple steps in a certain order. If you don't use Word everyday, and if it's not set up the way it was when used daily, you waste a lot of time rediscovering what used to work. Test yourself by typing and printing a single envelope with your correct return address and the correct address for the recipient, and formatted for the correct size envelope, and print it using only one blank envelope. If you can do this, you may not need this product; for those who ended up hand addressing the last remaining envelope with a ball-point pen to save time and envelopes, you definitely need this Quick Reference Guide.These sheets are reminders of how to do things you once knew how to do, but have not done in a long time, not an instruction course for someone who has never used any version of Word.

I have been using Microsoft Word for Mac for a number of years and have gotten to know the product. I bought this when I upgraded from Word 11 to Word 16. I don't use it that often, to be honest, but it is nice to have it as a review when I forget a feature or don't use a feature often bought to be proficient in it.

The quick reference sheet is definitely saving me time. It is much faster than searching for information in a 400 page book. Of course, if you know nothing about a Mac, you should probably have a reference book, but for a fast way to get information, I have found this Gide useful.

This is a beginner's instruction hot sheet; it does not go very far into formatting your Word document. It is helpful with a litst of hot keys for you to use in Word; overall worth $3.60
