Waited about 2 months since getting this to leave a review to see how this bed holds up. I am extremely happy with this mattress. I spent hours trying to choose a mattress and was terrified to pick something uncomfortable that would be unrealistic to return. I can safely say 2 months in that this mattress was the absolute best choice. It is firm. If you don't want a firm mattress, do not get this. I need a firm mattress due to back issues and this fits the bill. However, while being firm, it is still very comfortable with a little give on the top. The mattress was very easy to unpack and expand, we let it sit for 24 hours before laying on it but it was pretty much expanded after an hour. Can't feel the springs at all. I've genuinely been getting the best sleep of my life on this, and my back hasn't been bothering me at all. My only complaint is that the corners are a little scrunched. Overall I highly recommend this couch for anyone looking for a comfy firm couch.

Perfect replacement for my old mattress. I tried the memory foam types before and hate it so much. It was just too soft and not firm at all. It gave me a lot of hurting on my back. This time I tried hybrid mattress and it was a life changer for sure.The item was well package and a bit heavy. The material was really high quality and gave me a relax feeling when I slept on. I would recommend to open and leave it at least 48 hours before using.Overall, it is a perfect size for a single person or guess room. No doubt that I will purchase it again as need.

I was skeptical. I have never purchased a bed in a box before and within a matter of months, I had to purchase a new bed for the house and the camper. It was way to expensive to get traditional beds for both places. We chose this one for our everyday bed, and I'm glad we did. Right out of the box it started to expand. Be aware though, and follow instructions so that you don't get hurt!!! It comes out fast once you use the provided tool to open it up. It says to give it like 3 days to fully expand, we only gave it 2, and it was perfect. The only thing, I wish I would have went with the thicker one. We were replacing an old mattress and it was a tad thicker with a pillowtop, so when we put this on top of our box springs, it sat a little lower and that took some adjusting. But it fit perfectly on the box springs, our queen mattress cover and sheets fit it very well, and the overall of it was great. It didn't smell either. I think I read somewhere that out of the box it had a strange smell, ours did not. Actually, no smell at all.Now, let's talk comfort. It is very soft. It does sleep well, but I have issues with my hip (and of course I'm a side sleeper) and sometimes if I sleep too long on one side, my hip will ache. Not a big issue, because my hip hurt with the old mattress too, but that old mattress was 20 years old! LOL. I feel like this one should be more cooling, as well. My husband is always hot and this doesn't help in that area, so if you are looking to have some cooling.... wouldn't be my first choice.Overall, for the price, you can't beat the bed.Happy Bed Hunting!

No complaints from the very first night post grandson and his wife assembly for me! After a strenuous move in, I really needed this mattress asap. Fun to watch it grow as we took it out of packaging. Full size achieved in about 12 hours, but it was a hot day.It does require a deep full sheet set. One new set of sheets won’t stay on well. No adverse smell. Looks great. No problem with sitting or sleeping on sides of the mattress. It really looks to be a good quality buy.

My old bed was so bad I was sleeping on the couch.I had gone to numerous mattress stores trying to find something reasonable. As with the present economy spending a lot on anything is not on my wish list. While at one store I laid on a bed and said this isn't bad but just a little soft for me. He explained it was a bed in the box. When I looked the reviews up on that one they were similar to what I felt when I was on it.So I continued to search. After reading the reviews I thought well its 1/4 of the price of the other ones I have seen and liked. Its incredible to me they can put this in a box. There is no way ever it will go back in one without a device to suck the air out and some work.According to the manufacture you have to let it decompress for the full effect of about 3-7 days. However, you can sleep on it before hand and doing so will not effect the decompressing.So night one I laid on it and it felt extremely springy and I was like "oh no this isn't going to be good". Plus it was very soft. It sank when you got on it. Second night wasn't to bad but not great. It didn't sink as low as the first night. However, I slept through the night. I also found it to be a bit hard more firm than med /firm, by the third night.I had a mattress topper from my old bed that is still in like new condition. I threw it on top and the next night it wasn't much better. Now I'm on the fourth night with it and I have to say its comfortable. I'm keeping my topper on it and if I take it off its to firm for me. Its firm more than medium. Plus it doesn't sink at all now. Nor do I feel the springs, nearly as much as the first night but I can still feel them.Side note: The center is softer to sleep on than the sides. So that is a little odd to me. Its not consistent around the mattress and this is night 6. I have a king size bed and have normally always slept one side or the other but right now its strictly the middle.Firm in todays standards is more like sleeping on a board. 20 years ago firm is more like a medium in todays time. Will the mattress last ten years? I don't know about that but for the moment it will work for me.Now it is two weeks in to sleeping on this and I don't wake up in the night nor do I toss and turn all night but I wake each morning with the middle of my back slightly sore. I'm not sure if this will be good for the long term but for the moment its working. Would I buy it again? yesWould I recommend it? probably so. Size and weight do matter in mattress shopping. Would I buy it for my son? No because he has a 6k bed and would know the difference.EDIT: It's now been several months since I bought this. It's completely decompressed, and I love it. Legit its so comfortable I actually want to go to bed. I have left my topper on it and its perfect for me. If you like a firmer mattress, you don't need the topper, but my topper makes it kind of like a pillow top. I sleep like a baby. I also live in FL on the beach and even in the worse of the storms we have gotten this season I slept through every one of them. My neighbors look at me like I'm on crack when I told them I didn't wake. i think they are now concerned for me. Just saying. I'd definitely buy this again.

This will be my third night's sleep on this mattress. My pain levels are improving and I am sleeping sound. This mattress supports me and is very comfortable. It seemed heavy, when delivered, but this makes me hopeful it will last due to quality materials. So far I am pleased for the price. I will review again after some time has passed.
