My buddy used this to to trouble shoot his bed liner lights. It worked flawlessly and was able to pinpoint a grounding issue that we would have never found without this test light!! Well worth the money! Very well made with heavy gage steel and a nice ground wire with a strong alligator clip! You really cant go wrong here!!!

I was looking for a good test light to help find accessory power on vehicles. I really like the LED light on this probe, except I would have thought that green would mean good/positive 12v power, instead of red lighting up when I touched positive 12v. So, I reversed the position of the LED bulb in the probe and now I'm happy with green LED is good, red is reversed polarity. Personal choice, I suppose.

I bought this because someone on Youtube was using it and i wanted to see how good it was. It came packaged nicely with an additional led bulb incase it fails. When used lights up bright red no mistaking if you have a solid connection or not. Will order a second one for my travel box

Does a good job of finding car voltage and dead circuits

This is a hefty device for the price- I would expect it to hold up to commercial use (although I just wanted it for around the house). The clip lead is really solid- way beyond anything I've seen. And of course, being LED, I would expect that it will last a lifetime (or at least until I lose it!).
