Amazing Child Roman Arch 10" x 4" x 10"

This is for my daughter, who’s three and attending a Montessori preschool. When I saw this set at her school, I wanted one to practice at home. The blocks are solid wood (maple or beech) and very nicely finished, with no rough edges. They are a joy to work with after some cheaper blocks I’ve had. The whole family has fun building the arch together, it’s an exciting way to get grandparents playing with my toddler. Of course she loves to knock it over after it’s done! I feel like giving my child the opportunity to practice fine motor skills and learn important physics concepts at this age is priceless. Yes, it‘s worth the money and feels like a good value for years to come. A word of advice, be sure to keep an eye on all those little blocks with your young child or they may be lost! I do wish it had come with a picture, maybe that’s not the intention of Montessori teaching, but I had to look up the listing on Amazon and print out the picture, which still didn’t come out very clearly. Filled in the blanks with a pen to make it easier to discern subtle differences in blocks. Otherwise, it’s an excellent teaching tool, get one for your little (or big!) engineers!

Will have to puzzle it out. I have had roman arch sets that were all blocks this comes with a partial prebuilt wall will have to see how it holds up in my classroom.
