Addictive
Lovely flavour, not too salty, great texture, easy to use. Just throw in however much you want in your noodles and the hot water rehydrates it almost instantly. Excellent price too for such a large bag - I keep a bowl of it ready in the fridge for snacks. Should be kept in an airtight container once opened if you don't use it within a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.

Massive value for money, Clean and potent product.
Purchased with the intention to get more iodine into my diet.Dried form it comes in is great for storage and recipie versatility. Soups, salads, garnish or pickling, whatever you want.Smells cleanly of the ocean and tastes great!I've purchased 3 bags.

A little goes a long way
Just a small amount is needed (no more than 1-2 tablespoons) for a single serving. It will have a strong smell of the sea if any more is used! But it's faint otherwise. Very tasty and ready in 3 minutes. I use it in my ramen bowl with Emma Basic's Black Fungus, both a great addition. The bag will last you months and months.

Not Japanese, it is Chinese but still good quality
A little worrying about what kind of water this seaweed was cultivated as it is from China but it is good quality and maybe not less than what you expect from Japanese seaweed.This much you could not have with this price for Japanese ones.

Very good value and good quality, I bought 3 bags a year ago and still have the last one, just a little bit into a bowl of water for 10 minutes and it’s ready to eat. Mixes well with salad

This stuff is so delicious. It rehydrates really quickly, and puffs up SO big when added to water. Great in soups.
