Scanpan saute pan
This 26cm saute pan is fantastic. Wonderful size for two or more and quality just oozes from it (well, not literally.) I have used this pan several times now and as it says on the box, there are no hot spots, it performs amazingly well on pretty low heat settings, has excellent heat retention and although is not the cheapest pan on the market, I reckon it is easily one of the very best quality and longevity. There are almost no signs of use after six outings on the gas rings and it is so easy to clean. I value the fact that the coating is guaranteed not to interact with the food -which is my worry with so many cooking pots on the market today. I have no hesitation in recommending this pan to anyone who has need for such an item. It's wonderful.

Though and very easy to clean
If you are serious about cooking then there's no substitute for really good pans. SCANPAN combine the most desirable features. Their pans are fairly light, have very though coatings, and are incredibly easy to clean. They have definitely made a lot of my cooking easier.

Fantastic pan!-Outstanding price!
Living in Scandinavia, I have a full selection of these pans. If you care for them well,(don't use metal untensils, don't overheat and clean them immediately after each use) they can last up to 10 years, even with quite a bit of use. Because of normal aging and wear, I have just had to buy a new one of these smaller sauté pans which is great for a one-person meal (here in Sweden they call this one the "bachelor pan"), sautéing vegetables or even a small omelette. The titanium coating is great and one of the best nonstick coatings I have come across. It is fully possible to sear a pork tenderloin roast and then put it, pan and all, into the oven until it has gotten to the correct temperature. I would recommend these pans to all kinds of cooks, but especially those who value a good pan enough to pay a little extra.

Good pan. Shame about the lid.
Excellent non stick properties, as all the Scanpan range has. The non stick layer is titanium and apparently will not leak nasties into your cooking. However, it is very hard to clean the glass lid. Yucky bits get caught under the washers below the knob and it really needs to be disassembled at each wash...something I do not wish to do every time.

Brilliant saute pan
The very high quality one naturally expects from Scanpan. Expensive, but well worth it.
