As the other reviews have mentioned, the item was defective even though the package was clearly sealed. Only one side of the headphones was working, the other ear had no sound. I think Amazon purchased a defective batch, which is a shame since these are some really good headphones. If you have the budget, I recommend any of the more expensive sennheiser Bluetooth headphones. They’re all very very good.If you want something similarly priced which is also pretty good (not as good as sennheiser), get the Taotronics sound surge 95. That’s what I ended up doing after returning my defective item.

The product looks good until you plug it in for use. Only one side (Right Ear) is working. Left Ear side is not working and defected. I saw a similar review before ordering but took the risk to order it. Now returning back for a refund.

The product is defective. One side of the head phone is not working. The replacement that was send also has the same defective.

Please be careful, these headphones can be very loud! Make sure you follow safe practices (start with half volume knob position) if you have normal hearing. Do not listen to music at full crank, ever! This applies to all sound sources, btw, unless you want a permanent hearing loss for some reason.I have purposefully bought this set for a relative with Profound hearing loss. These headphones replace HD 25 model, which started falling apart after 3 years of daily use. Sound is loud and clear with new set and it helps greatly with watching news and movies on a PC (there is also an equalizer/preamp in a chain). I am trusting Sennheiser with quality and they have not failed me so far.

Hace mucho que no tenía audífonos alámbricos y me decidí por estos ya que tenían muy buenas reseñas en cuanto a nitidez del sonido. Los recomiendo ampliamente una vez que escuchas musica nítida ya no vuelves más, es una excelente opción accesible. Los compré en Amazon warehouse y venían muy bien. Super precio

I purchased these Sennheiser HD 400S - Over-Ear Headphones and I was not disappointed ! Absolute bargain at the time of buying and I just wanted some earphones that the sound would be crisp, they had a decent amount of noise cancelling, and the ears did not hurt from the padding. They are perfect. They do everything and more and I don't think I would step away from this brand now. Brilliant purchase....Super headphones !!
