Started taking it and after 5 days of 1 tablet before sleep everyday, on day 5 my stomach felt really bad and started throwing up badly.

It might be that Natrol makes the best supplements. Consistent quality in the 5-htp is highly respectable.

I never knew what being content and happy was until I took these. My previous experience of happiness and joy seemed so out of touch with my day to day experiences. I realize now I must have gut problems because this supplement works by making more seratonin in your gut. One more clue in my health journey and one more support! I will keep buying these for now (I use 1-2 a week) and one day as I heal I will not need to use them at all. Thank goodness these are made and so cheap!

I’ve used this brand before; with good results. This time, perhaps because a higher dosage, I’m having pretty vivid dreams which doesn’t make for very restful sleep. Will order again; lower dosage. Or pick up from local Dollar General where it sells for less. Brand recommended.
