I love my espresso/cappuccino machine! Simple enough to use after reading instructions and watching a few videos. Delicious coffee, and it the machine looks nice too.

Excellent product - sold it US and Australia under the Breville brand. Bought it as a housewarming gift for a close family member who built a new Villa. Bought Illy medium roast beans . And now my family members don’t drink Starbucks. A great product for home or small office if you are into Barista coffees ( I have 2 at home/office)

Excellent Machine but needs time to get used to it especially after using the Nespersso coffee pods, but once you are familiar withe the settings it produce wonderful results.

We have owned the Breville equivalent model for over 5 years and this machine does not feel like the same quality in regard to finishing and operations. It still makes coffee but the experience, materials and touch points seem to have been compromised.
