Very good product, easy to fit with simple DIY skills. The only comments that spare parts (flex hose, connectors) are not being sold on Amazon or in the UK stores, I was trying to connect it to thermostatic mixer hence needed the extension, contacted the seller who was of a great help, hence given the 5 stars, but my recommendation is to mention where to buy the 10mm or the 3/8 flexihose and connectors on line. It might not fit very tightly on some of the toilet seats, although it does on standard ones, but still doing a great job.The advice I was given from the plumbing shop that as long as you install an isolating valve and always turn off the isolating valve everytime after use as this prevents the build up of pressure resulting in leaks.Excellent results and very good product, highly recommended.

Love this product and there is only few things I was unhappy with. I live in Denmark but the EU connector didn't work for me and I had to use the UK one. Other than that there's no stamp on the 1 year warranty paper, so don't think the warranty is valid at allOther than that it was super easy to install and I have absolutely no experience with plumbing. Bidet is good and leaves you feeling super clean, only wish the bum spray was a slight bit stronger. Awesome product and I could not live without it, I definetly recommend this to anyone. You also save a lot of paper. Also using cold water is no problem.Recommended

Has a simple, good design and build quality. Came with both a UK and EU adapter, and the UK one was the correct fit.However, if the item description explicitly stated that it depends on the water pressure to work, 1. I wouldn't have bought this item and then returned it for a refund, 2. I would not have had to leave a 1-star review.I actively looked for a mention of water pressure on the item descrption to get an idea of how much pressure is needed for it to work. Not a single mention of this, so I thought its nozzle might be designed to address even minimal water pressure. Wrong. As you can see in the picture, it simply dribbles down. I made sure I checked everything, all vales were fully open.An accurate description is all it would take for higher ratings, and much less wasted time and resources of both buyers, Amazon, and the manufacturer. That's why the 1-star. It is pure neglect.The hard part is to figure out how much water pressure it would work on (manufacturer could've determined and stated this). Consider how fast your cistern fills up. If you think it fills up equallly as fast as it WOULD if your drinking water tap was used to fill it up, then it should work. If it fills up SLOWER than it would if it was filled up by ANY tap in your house, it probably won't work. This is just a hypothetical comparison to judge your cistern water pressure approximately.Despite a good product in THEORY, the 1-star is very well deserved because of the pure neglect in mentioning its operation depends on the toilet cistern water pressure, wasting buyers' time.

This is actually a great value piece of kit for the money, it screws in beneath the toilet seat and is a breeze to use. The model itself only comes with bits to attach to the cold water supply, so I used extra parts to add a thermostatic mixer to the unit for both hot and cold water use, but find that even the cold water is not so much of a shock as I was expecting.It's water pressure dependent but seems to operate just fine on 3 bar, in fact it's quite powerful.My only issues installing the product was the size of the flexible hose connections (it's a nonstandard size so will only fit on the fittings supplied with it) and that I needed to buy longer toilet seat screws to mount it.

Everything is good but while sitting on the seat, it would not work. I think the nozzle supply is being pressed. They should work on it. It has to be very slim or they should supplu some aupport behind the lid to make a suitable gap to avoid pressing the unit.

Works a treat, however I had to cut a piece out of the toilet seat so that it would fit. It is quite deep and I tried three seats on it[ I had them from previous toilts] and all would not allow the seat to lower properly to the actual toilet level.

Got this yesterday, love it, im disabled and managed to get it on in less then 10 minutes so very easy to install. I brought small toilet towles at the same time as purchasing this so we no longer need to buy any toilet roll, i feel so much cleaner and freshnever, never going back to toilet roll in this house. Everyone else in the house was grossed out by it when i told them i was getting it, they all tried it yesterday and all loved it! Even my children lol my autistic son who hates any sort of change tried it and said fresh when he came out of the bath room so thats a big thumbs up from him to. I just wish there was a bidet you could fit in your bag when visiting friends lol

This is only easy to install if you can do a bit of copper plumbing. Odds are you will at the least have to shorten a pipe and fit a new compression joint. You may be able to bend pipes and bodge it in. Check that your pipes feeding the cistern are visible or you could be hacking into false walls or worse plaster. Once it’s all connected up it works well, but only if you don’t mind cold water at quite high speed up your behind. I find it refreshing!
