My dad is a professional jeweler and I got this for his bday present. He was disappointed with how plastic-y and cheap is looked and felt.I could not get a full refund because I was charged an absurd “repackaging fee” of $75 despite returning the product in its original packaging. Additionally, they would not pay the $25 to ship and return. Nowhere in their return policy do they mention this random fee.AVOID
