4-0300 Symposer Delete with Pressure Port,Compatible with 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST ST250

Easy to install.Put a little bit of grease or Loctite on the bolt if that's what you are using.If you are using the barb, it's NPT threads (national pipe threads) and is therefore tapered.You do not need to go all the way down to have it sealed. if you do, it will strip out the threads on the plate and you won't be able to use the bolt if you choose to later on.

The product works as intended and for a reasonable price (compared to the others charging way more for the same thing). I will give you this tip, though: if you plan on running any kind of aftermarket BOV, then ditch the provided fitting and replace it with one that has a 5/16" barbed hose end; the one provided is woefully inadequate for anything more than just a boost gauge. The new fitting I chose is the 45-degree style that helps routing the hose to the BOV easier.

It does what it’s supposed to do, which in today’s world is not always a guarantee.

Installed on my 2014 Focus st. Fit perfectly no issues. Seems like High quality material. No reason to buy a more expensive brand. does exactly what its supposed too.

It works great and you can run a line from it to your bov for a true vacuum source. But the main issues is that they charge 30 bucks for it!! It is a piece of aluminum with a small O ring on it. Its just hard to justify the purchase just for a little bit less cabin noise.

I did this mostly to clean up the engine bay, and solve any vacuum issues that can arise from the symposer. The wire for the symposer just zip tied to wherever. I was concerned maybe it would cause a check engine light. Nope.

Purchased this piece to do the sound symposer delete on my 2018 focus ST. Everything necessary for install came included in the package. Install itself was pretty easy too. Trickiest part was getting off the 8mm bolts connecting to exhaust manifold. Otherwise, very straightforward install. No check engine light either, and I can now hear my Ford performance exhaust more clearly without the sound symposer pumping in the fake engine sound. Good mod for $20.
