Seemed like they would've been a good buy and product. Shipping was good and fast. In a nice box with hardware included. Unfortunately 1 of the lights went dim after about 15 minutes of use. If not for that, these would deserve a lot better than a 3 star.***Update*** Somehow I received a replacement light for the one that had quit. ??? I didnt contact anyone about it, just wrote the review. So, that was awesome! Thank you!!! Was able to complete the install with all 6 on the Jeep and made a world of difference. Changed from a 3 to a 5 star. Been running them for a while now and zero issues.

I installed these about 4 months ago on my Lexus and have not had any issues so far. I've driven through a lot of rivers and mud as well as pressure washed the undercarriage almost every other week. There have been no signs of water intrusion into the lights and they all work consistently and without flickering. They are a very good brightness for their size too. The color temperature seems a bit warmer than a typical white led (like my 6500k headlights), these seem closer to 5000k but that's not a drawback at all.I mounted them to custom aluminum brackets that mount to the factory running board holes under the body. I also wired the lights to the factory running board light harness.Over all, I'm very pleased with them especially for the price. I bought another pack for one of my other vehicles.

I got a box of 6 green LED rock lights. There is one under each fender, one behind the front grill and, I have one left over just incase I need to replace one. The color matches my lighted whip perfectly. I also bought some small spools of electrical wire because the lights only have about a foot or so coming from them. The wiring was not hard to do but it was time consuming. It took me two days to get it done. I didn't want to see wires running all over the place so I took my time and did it right. I put a switch in as well so I can turn them on or off when needed. These are very bright which is why I mounted them where the light itself could not be seen. I tested them on the battery before I mounted them and was seeing spots after. I also didn't want to do that to someone who may be looking at me while I was riding, that is just not safe. There are also parts of trails that are along side the roads so I exspecially did not want to blind drivers in vehicles. I use the lights at night only. I think it is a cool look but it is also about safety for me. I want to be seen. Check out the pictures. I used them on a 40 mile ride that went into the night. They were on for over two hours straight. The tails had some very rocky spots and some small watery mud puddles and they are still working. They did get covered with dirt and I just cleaned them off. Also the lights do get hot so be careful when you touch them. There is a Haunted Halloween ATV ride coming up soon that I may go on and think this would look great. I have updated from 4 stars to 5 because I feel I really tested them out. I am very satisfied with these lights and do not have any issues with them other then the amount of heat they generate. I'm sure that effects the lifespan of the light. The manufacturer of the lights I believe said they were good for 50,000 hours so I'm sure they took the heat into account. That is many years of use for me so I'm not concerned. However, if they should not be hot to the touch someone please let me know.

Just received these today, and have yet to check the lights. I attempted to test fit these on the rubber mounting grommets and noticed that because of how the wire protrudes from the back of the light, it doesn't fit the grommet correctly. I also noticed that no flat grommets were provided, only the ones used on round tubing. I will see how this will hold to a flat surface under the vehicle. I am not entirely impressed with it, but I am not discouraged by these flaws either. Only a 3 star rating because of these issues. Over the next few days I will test the lights and make sure they all work, mount these and see if the grommets will hold on a flat surface. I wanted to get this reviewed since I just received them. Update will follow shortly.

I purchased these for my SXS. Install was OK, but not perfect. The biggest problem was that the wire is tiny!! I am a electrician by trade, so I'm very familiar with wires. Normally I can double up a smaller wire and use a pink butt splice... not these! No matter how tight you crimp, they just pull out due to the strands being so soft. I ended up twisting the tiny wire with my 16 gauge wire that feeds them and crimping into a splice cap with heat shrink. Later I searched and found a smaller crimp splice, but found it worthless to order for just this small project.The lights surprised me and actually worked pretty well. They are decently bright. So after figuring out the install, I decided to order another set, so I put them in my cart and was waiting to see if I needed anything else before ordering, actually had a set for my son also. Then, all this covid crap happened... when I went to order less than a week later, the price was up by over 25 percent!! The ones in my cart were "no longer available", but a quick search pulled them up by the same vendor with the much higher price... I don't play that game!! I think I will look elsewhere for more lights.

Great light output, the bases do not need to be cut to mount to a flat location like other reviews said. They are concave to make installation on round bars easier, but if you mount them flat the ends will push out and make a nice sturdy base that keeps tension on the nut.I only used 4 for rock lights on my jeep so I have two spares in case any die, or get taken out by flying rocks.

The seller didn't get back to me about the ones that died. The backing is meant for a rounded pipe as well only if you want to use the rubber. Wish they had options for rounded or flat backing.

Took a while to install these but they work great. They are bright. Only thing I didn't like was that the rubber mounts are contoured for light bars or tubular steps and I had to dremel them flat to mount underneath my carriage. They work great regardless. I took off a star for the contoured mounts.

The product arrived promptly. I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the lights because of the price. I ordered three boxes just to be safe. Upon installation, 2 lights (of the first box of 6) struggled to keep all the leds lit then subsequently burnt out within 10 minutes. I have not had any other problems with the rest of this order. Fairly bright, easy to use, they do get a little warm for my liking but for the price they are a good option.

The lights are super bright. I wired them up and did a test fit with most of the lights.Afterwards, I finished the install and added the last 2 lights to find that one of them was red.
