These dishes are amazing! Love the colours and I love the quality - they came so beautifully packed that there could be no breaking

I wrote a review but it must have been for the bowls. These are very beautiful and will remind you of some classy European dish ware. They don’t “tip” when you are putting pressure on them cutting steaks or something. You should know that there are little light brown speckles on the plates. The pictures kind of show them but you can’t really clearly see them. I didn’t know how I felt about them at first but I have come to love them since it makes them more unique and have more personality. The colors are beautiful, subdued, rich, creamy, not intense or gaudy and they complement each other very nicely. A word of advice: don’t put them on glass stops or a beautifully finished dining table. These will scratch because the very bottoms of the plates are unfinished. It’s great for keeping grip but not for beautiful furniture. Use a tablecloth or place a napkin under the plate and problem solved! I personally use mine in front of the tv on my textured rough look tannish-gray wooden pull-out coffee table and they’re perfect. Perfect weight to the plates. Do not place them on top of glass stove tops unless they’re already scratched up. All in all I highly recommend these.

The plates are subtle, pretty colors. Nice ceramic. Love them.

The media could not be loaded. I love the colors and the feel of the plates. I especially like that there is no lead.Here is what I dont like…all the plates have small lip so if you have a sauce, it’s really hard to scoop it up without spilling. Both the dinner and desert plates are like that.Now despite of that I was going to order the bowls. Why do you only get 4 bowls when the plates and desert plates come in a set of 6. So annoying. Even if you bought two sets, now you have 2 more bowls vs the plates. For me this is annoying because they would not all fit in the cabinet.To me this is a defect.
