WOW! Buy size up no matter what your size is. This jacket is amazing. So I wear it to warm up in cold fall and winter months for working out and it makes it less painful to get the body going. This is great to get a good sweat at the gym. Comfortable to wear but runs a bit short on the arm lengths and torso. Fits high up and not long enough in the arms but still Comfortable. I got a medium. I am 5'8 and 155 lbs. Tight bands around wrist and lower stomach so it stays in place when jogging.

This jacket runs small. However, it actually works. On 01/05/21, I used it for the first time while doing T25 cardio and let me tell you. I WAS SESTING SOOO MUCH. I had a shirt under the jacket. So when I took off the jacket my shirt was super wet and my arms too. I'm actually impressed with this product.

I ordered the XXL and it was way too small in the hips. I am 5'4", 178 Ibs, bust 40-38-44. This size fits like a XL. I followed the size chart as instructed. Pros: amazing for working a sweat during workouts. Easy to put on and remove. Easy to wipe down.Cons: cannot wash in washer. The sizing runs small.

I did not like that the sleeves are really short and my advice is order a size or 2 up,im 5/7,200lbs I ordered xl but I should have ordered a side up because it kept riding up when I walked ..
