Good for the health specially for people who have got diabetes and wants to control the sugar level. No side affects too.

Not a good product, avoid it
I purchased this product for one of friends having diabetes, however instead of giving good results it made it worse... the product is filled with sand particles which lead to serious stomach ache. definately Jamun seed powder is a good product for blood glucose but not of this brand... I highly do not recommend this one
