Maxiglide Maxx Waxx Ski and Snowboard Wax 110cc Container

I use Maxx Waxx for sleds and have been using it for years. We love the snow and to honor Clark Griswold, we wax our sleds (Paris Expedition, LL Bean Sonic Tubes, & Shappell Jet Sled). The wax is durable and only requires a couple applications even in a busy season. I have some Paris Expedition sleds converted to pulks for the cabin and wax makes a huge difference when pulling loads of gear and wood. It’s a small investment to outslide everyone on the hill. I recommend and use an orbital buffer with a microfiber bonnet - it sounds like overkill, but it saves your elbows when you’re waxing a pile of your own sleds and the rest of the family/neighbors. I have also used on our downhill skis, cross country skis, and snowboards - very good for all conditions and easy/cheap to do yourself.

It takes about a minute per ski to apply and handles all snow conditions for my back-country skis with fish scales. This wax is perfect.

This has always been reliable.

Used this wax on my wife’s skis and snowboard. It’s very sticky but t did get rid of the dryness. Once we got out on the hills and started sliding it got fast. The directions talk about polishing but at room temp this wax is sticky. Maybe if I put in the fridge and let it cool then it would apply more line automotive wax does and how that polishes and buffs

Foam sponge applies soft wax easily and quickly.

did only harm to the performance of my ski. It took 3 runs on the trail to be removed and to gain my speed back again. It was so bad that I couldn't slide on a green trail. It was like you are trying to drive your car with the emergency brake on.
