Best Bandage Ever
Skeptical, but now a believer! Was very worried about placing this on a raw skin tear, but it was such a good decision to try this product. It stays fresh and in place, yet peels off with no resistance whatsoever! I kept the wound protected with an antibiotic cream, placed the silicone bandage on top, then an absorbent one on top of that. Once the wound was no longer “leaking,” I continued with a healing ointment and topped with just the silicone bandage. The air holes help to heal quickly and it’s so comfortable. I’ve recommended to others.Only negative, it’s pricey.

Was not the right bandage that was needed for my wound. Too late to return so will give it away.

Wound care more affordable
I compared Medline versatle one to dimora silicone wound contact layer. These products are both the same the same texture the only difference is the versatile in this case is 4x7. The price of the Medline is more than twice of that of the Dimora. Dimora thanks for making wound care more affordable.

Great product
I am a nurse/nurse practitioner and worked a surgical department. I know about dressings.Eleven days ago, I got my hand trapped between my husband’s wheelchair and the doorknob. When I got my hand out I had a large skin tear on the back of my hand. I also take anticoagulants which made the tear bleed like heck. For the first five days the wound still wept blood and I had to change the bandage frequently.I looked on skin and wound care journals. They described using silicon dressings as helpful for this particular injury. So I bought these dressings. I put it on at night and the next morning the oozing stopped. A few days later I had a scab on the wound and now I’m waiting for the scab to fall off.I believe, for me, it healed better. I can’t say it will work like this for anyone else. Your result may be very different than mine. It also reduced the pain. Didn’t get rid of it, but it was more comfortableWhat I didn’t like about it was it lacked good adhesiveness and after a 36 hrs it fell off. According to the manufacturer you can leave the dressing in place for 14 days. I made it to 36 hrs. I replaced it as needed. It’s a clear dressing so you can monitor the wound's progress with healing. All in all I think this is a good dressing.
