The media could not be loaded.  Everything about this piece is really great. I was fortunate to have a friend put it together and I only helped; but overall not hard to put together, pictures helped greatly. It is well made, the manufacturer supplies all needed hardware and did a good job with drill holes, etc. I requested extra cam locks as a few broke - they were not too strong - and the seller immediately sent them out. Cannot express the surprise at how attentive this seller was and how quickly seller got back with any questions, etc. Really excellent customer service. It is a lovely piece and fit together so nice in the tv room. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend this product and seller was simply outstanding.

Great value for the money. I’ve been shopping for a while for an electric fireplace. I love the idea that this one has the sliding doors. Putting it together was just as complicated as anything else. I am absolutely in love with this fireplace. The material looks high end once it’s together. The unit itself is very heavy. The only thing that got me originally what is that the unit was shipped separately from the insert and it worried me that I had gotten the one without the fireplace. The seller had quickly responded on several occasions putting my minded ease that I wouldn’t have to take this back as heavy as the Packaging was to move. The good thing is is that someday once the insert goes bad you can just measure and buy just another insert which would be way cheaper than replacing the entire unit. The flame looks very realistic and the heat settings go from I believe 65 to 90. There is also several settings for the brightness but we kept it on the brightest one. All in all this is a great unit that’s very affordable.

Fits 65 inch TV perfectly! I gave 4 stars because it requires much assembly. So make sure you get some one who knows how to screw furniture together. Thankfully my husband did it but it took about 2 hours. If you got a professional handyman than less than that. But it’s so pretty with sliding barn door look!

I do not regret buying this item, it makes my living room look so great and I get so many compliments on it. I do recommend this item and the seller is amazing and fast at responding to my questions and concerns. All around 5 stars 🌟

Gift for my daughter looks great she has farm house decor so it fit with the theme well. Easy to put together but took a while

STHOUYN have shown that they care about their customers with this product. All parts are neatly labelled, making assembly a doddle. It is well designed, with nice little flourishes, like concealed magnets to hold the doors in place, and the metal frame makes it very sturdy; it handled the pictured 55" in stride.Perhaps the only complaint is that the locking screws are made with a somewhat softer material than I'd expected, making it easy to strip the drive with a bit too much pressure.

This took a lot longer to arrivve than expected but I love it. It kicks out decent heat and it is beautiful.The only negative is that the Amazon driver left a super heavy box at the bottom of my stairs for a 71 year old woman to pick up and carry upstairs. My son came over and brought it upstairs. I can only say it was easy to assemble because he did it.

The media could not be loaded.  This is 100% particle board which is a lower quality product than “high quality MDF” as advertised multiple places. I bought this because it was advertised as MDF and that usually does better and lasts longer than particle board, especially if it’s high quality like I’ve used in building speakers. The new top shelf in the middle is not adjustable and is almost useless as you can’t get your hand into the shelf. If something gets pushed back in there you will need something to fish it out. Also broke one of the cam locks when installing, luckily there was a spare. This would be 5 stars overall had they not falsely advertised their product. The directions could have been better as some of the pictures, especially the front vertical covers, we’re not clear in their orientation. This caused one reviewer here to do it backwards and he thought there was a problem with the console. It looks nice from a distance but obviously has the cheap plastic laminate feel to the surfaces.
