91 Points, Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate, 2014 "The 2013 1912 Vines Sauvignon Gris is from old vines planted in 1912 in Angostura, in the center of the appellation where the winery located. It is a rare kind of Sauvignon from pink grapes that produce a wine with more body than the Sauvignon Blanc. It has a discreet nose and a much more exuberant palate, with good underlying minerality and some spicy aromas akin to a restrained Gewurztraminer. A white for powerful fish."
