STELLAR!
These are excellent. I have used Flip inserts, Thirsties inserts and BumGenius (all microfiber). These are the best because they are not plain rectangles-- they have a shape that fits nicely in a baby's crotch! (Mine is 9 weeks old and 10 lbs). Also, these are nice and trim, they don't cause giant diaper butt that doesn't fit inside clothing (when they get wet they do puff up but just a little)! They are very absorbent and true to their name do stay dry against baby's skin. The only con is that they do take forever and a day to air dry. My hair turns grey waiting for these to dry. I live in a very warm and humid climate and it's about 24 hours. But that's the nature of the super absorbent fabric, so I cannot dock a star for that. Because their drying time is so so long, it is probably a good idea to buy several of these for winter. Unfortunately, they are not dryer safe due to the waterproof lining. These are so so easy to use with GroVia's covers (I love hook & loop! how easy! but possibly easy for a toddler to remove...). I also own a lot of Bumgenius Freetime all-in-one diapers and I'd trade all of them for GroVia's covers + stay dry inserts in a heartbeat.

Love them!
I have been using cloth diapers with my daughter since she was 6 months old. She is now 22 months. I was very hesitant to start on cloth, but I just bought a couple and started trying. I am so glad I did. I have spent $650 on my stash for everything I need to use cloth diaper (including the detergent, flushable BioLiners, and re-usable bags to hold the dirty diapers). I am so very very happy with Grovia. And I had an issue with one of these liners and the stitching coming out, so I contacted them and their customer service is EXCELLENT. I wash every other day at home and always hang dry the inserts (right now when drape them over the radiators to dry faster). One tip: make SURE to change their diaper as soon as you notice they dirty them. Otherwise they can get a yeast infection and that happened with me.I LOVE the Grovia diapers. Here is my synopsis of the Grovia system:- you can reuse the shell. I love this.- Easy to snap in/out- they take a LONG time to dry. This means that they can hold a lot of moisture and that is fine with me. And taking a long time to dry is okay with me because I have at least a days worth more. I hang them outside in the summer and in the winter I hang them over the radiators.- they get stained but who cares, they're diapers right? But the sun bleaches them in the summer and sometimes I very occasionally will put bleach in the wash and that cleans them right up. (be careful, they don't recommend this as the bleach eats up the fabric)- they are expensive, but I think worth it. They have held up well so far and hopefully will for baby #2.- my daughter has been in the middle size the whole time. Now she weighs about 24 lbs. They should definitely last until potty training.I could go on and on about cloth diapers, but I need to stop somewhere. I hope this helps those of you looking to use them!

Pretty absorbent liner
Good absorbency for pee, but other messes leak out the sides when used in the GroVia Hybrid shell, in my experience so far. Pee occasionally leaks along the side leaving the inside of the shell (at side waist) damp, but not usually escaping any further out onto clothes. Have tried many different cloth, all in one, inner/ outers and hybrids and this one is fairly decent but not perfect. I do like that it snaps into GroVia shell and stays in place easily, and that it has two layers sewn together, seems to increase the absorbency.

These are my favorite, go-to cloth diaper insert
These are my favorite, go-to cloth diaper insert! You simply snap the soaker pad in a grovia hybrid shell and put the whole system on the baby. This cloth diaper system is the only one I have that does not leak with my chunky baby who is also a very heavy wetter. The soaker pad has a stay dry top and bottom so the baby stays dry and the shell stays dry (no leaks!) but the middle is a hemp (or maybe bamboo?) fabric that does an excellent job of absorbing! It does take longer to dry than other inserts I own but it's so worth it! I just flip it middle side out (the top and bottom layers are sewn together at the ends and the absorbable middle is exposed and is sewn on the bottom of the top and the top of the bottom layers if that makes sense). I also like how the bigger end snaps in the back to cover more of the bum and catch all of the messes! I will definitely be buying this again and adding more grovia hybrids to my stash! A bit pricier but most definitely worth it!!!

What I Expected
Great absorbency, takes forever to dry though. I knew that it would, being cotton. Overall, it's a great insert!
