Needed for a sourdough recipe and Anthony’s is a quality product. I couldn’t get Bob’s Mill brand so am glad to know there is an alternative brand.

Great replacement for wheat flour
This rice flour is great! The package seals tightly after opened. The rice flour is easy to bake and cook with. Use it to substitute for wheat flour. Great taste!

Very nice, but a little gritty
I’m glad this gluten-free, organic rice flour is available for those w celiac disease.I made pancakes, mixing the flour w 1/4 tsp. Psyllium to help w grittiness and cohesiveness. Pancakes crumbled a little and tasted gritty. Also, I made bread, increasing the psyllium to one Tbsp. for 3 C. flour and adding 2 eggs.The bread was very moist—too moist— but did not crumble, and was not gritty. I’ll be experimenting w other recipes.
