Train Your Brain: Logic Games: (Brain Teasers for Kids, Math Skills, Activity Books for Kids Ages 7+)

My son is 8 and is always telling us jokes and riddles. He loves to do different types of puzzles and this book is perfect for him! They aren’t too hard but not easy either. It gets him thinking and excited to get puzzles done. A few have stumped him but he keeps going back to figure them out! This is definitely a great buy if you like to figure things out!

Train Your Brain! Logic Games is a hilariously fun book. Many of the puzzles require just a bit of brain power to solve. Whether it is moving a matchstick to make the equation correct or solving patterns or puzzles, this games will provide boredom busting entertainment.Some of the problems within the book are unsolvable. There is no right answer, which create a debate in the family with why and how so-n-so is correct. The answer key will give an answer, but it is wrong. For example there is a story about a girl meeting a fairy and a unicorn. Following the rules of the story, the puzzle solver must decide what day it is. The correct answer could be 1 of 4 days. However, the answer key says Monday, which is not even one of the four days it could be. My family must have talked this one over for 30 minutes before we determined the answer key was wrong.This book is fun to do as a family or alone. I like how it can get the family together to logically solve problems all while training the brain in certain skills. Even with a few wrong answers, enjoyed the book. In fact my family made it a goal to try and prove the answer key wrong with small debates. This also taught them to listen, be civil, and realize different people will have a different opinion. It is a great lesson book

We purchased this while on a summer trip and my 7 year old loved it. She almost finished the book over the summer and continued to ask for it when we got home to finish it. I came looking to see if I could find another one with this company/publisher. Didn’t see another logic games book. Instead we will try their “math games”, though much of the logic book was math. I hope she does not see math in the title and run lol! But recognizes that it’s similar to this.

This is a super fun book! The logic puzzles have a good range of difficulty - not too hard, not too easy - just right! To check answers and get some help, kids can head to the back to see the puzzle solutions. The illustrations are colorful and have everything from robots to castles to cake and pirates which give it wide appeal! The recommended age range of 7+ is exactly what we would have picked and parents will have fun doing it with their kids as well! A great addition to bring on car trips, a stay with the grandparents, on vacation, or just while hanging out at home! We're delighted to have received this book in exchange for an honest review.

We are having so much fun with this book! My girl is only 4 years old. But we are really practicing here to help her to develop her logic skills! But i have to say “guilty “ hahahha because I really enjoy this book. I am a problem solver mama. So i love it. It is perfect for kiddos 7 and older.
