I had to buy this book for my MBA classes. This one was easy to read and I learned alot. Good buy

Educational book!

This book is a good one for students entering into the HR field of management. I have it for my HR class, so its helpful that the book is a learning tool more than pleasure reading. It has all a student needs to know if they have no experience with HR, and all the details for the student who is slightly educated on HR. I wouldn't recommend for readers who want to get better at their job in the HR sector, that would require a more in depth, less basic book, but great for students and beginning HR goers.

Read it

It's easy to understand and they incorporate interesting case studies within the material. I honestly like this book and I'm glad the professor chose it for class.

This book is clear cut and the authors have presented the information in an effective manner. It was extremely helpful in my HR management class.
