Each tool is super thin so it's really easy to go all the way to the eardrum, so be very careful when using. I guess it depends what type of ear wax you have, i wasn't able to get much out but my boyfriend was.Tmi- my earwax is more liquid while his is more solid.

Honestly, I dunno what I thought when I bought these because I have super liquidy ear wax. Initially I thought there could be some blockage causing so much leaky ear wax during the night. But after using all of the tools, and having them come out with a tiny little yellowish-clear liquid on the tip, I quickly realized this wasn’t going to work for me. I’m kinda jealous of all the rave reviews but at least I know my ears are clean. Just goes to show you that everyone’s anatomy is different!
