Great for family dinner at home. The hot pot side could be a little more deeper but other than that, it works great. Heats up really quickly and cooks things fast. Love it!

My family enjoys hotpot dinners at home

We were super excited to get this hot pot griddle! We’ve only used it once so far and really enjoyed it. The only complaint was that the grease trap is really tiny, so just be mindful if you are cooking with a lot of butter or fat. But overall, it does the job. I would say it’s too expensive for what it is though.

I guess it is a hit or miss. This product was obviously used before. The description says new. But it is scratched and plugs didn't even work..

This handles power weird. It runs extremely high to get up to temperature quickly. But then it stops and settles to the temperature. It doesn't handle power levels slowly.Cleaning requires putting the whole unit under the faucet. With the guards on. Water may get stuck inside. So that is a bit of an odd process to clean it.Other then that it worked as intended and I had a great dinner with my wife.

I don’t like to leave 1 star. But this is worth warning you about. This product is not safe for North America. The quality is cheap. The packaging is the first clue. They didn’t even wrap the unit in plastic so the styrofoam are shredded all over. The cracks of the burner were filled with broken styrofoam. You have to clean it all out before use. Secondly, the handles at the end are sharp. Easily cut yourself. Thirdly, the screws used with the handles are incorrect. They strip out easily making the handle all wobbly. Can you imagine carrying a hot pot of soup with unstable handles? Lastly, when both burners are on it consumes over 1890W! It kept tripping our circuit so I plugged a Kill A Watt to measure. North American standard 120v * 15A ~ 1800W. You should only be operating at about 80%. Sustaining 1890W for long period will melt your wires/outlet. So yah. All the reviews are fake. Thank goodness for Amazon returns.
