Solgar is a well known superior health food store brand! I don’t want to waste my money when I buy supplements. You get what you pay for!

My veterinarian said to give my dogs vitamin E to help them not have dry flaky skin and to have a shiny coat. It works great for that, I'm sure it's works great for people too but I use it for dogs. I have three dogs under 15 lb. I cut the tip off the capsule and squeeze out 2-3 drops for each dog, onto their dry dogfood once a night. My Pomeranian's dry skin cleared up and their coats are silky.

A tad pricey...so watch for sales and order 2. In a dark brown glass container to protect product. Needed a supplement,-but I don't like mega doses due to side effects. Highly recommend!
