I’ve been using this tape as a mouth tape for sleep, and I honestly didn’t expect it to work this well. I’ve tried a few different brands that are made specifically for mouth taping, but they were either way too sticky and irritated my skin or didn’t stay on through the night. It’s also way more affordable than the niche brands and lasts a long time. If you’re experimenting with mouth taping for better sleep or nasal breathing, this tape is a great option.

This works perfectly for what we need and the perforations work great. No need for scissors and comes off easily without harming the skin.

This works well and I dont have trouble breathing with it. I need to use this consistently because I bought it to help snatch my jawline but I dont use it regularly to notice a difference.

I use mouth tape with my CPAP. I tried this one based on reviews. I like that it sticks good without a painful pull off in the morning. You can pick the length of tape you need. I’ll buy again.

I got these for my dad, who sleeps with his mouth open, which causes his mouth to dry out. Using this product to keep his mouth closed was a perfect solution for him, he likes that it is easy to apply and remove, and that it doesn't fall off in the middle of the night.

I’m a terrible mouth breather at night and this stuff is great. I had tried different medical tapes for my mouth and they worked but didn’t love any of them. This is so much better! I’ve used the same strip for a few nights (to see how well and how long it would adhere) and it still stays adhered but doesn’t hurt when you remove it. Since it sticks to your skin there is a bit of a pull but not much. Let’s face it if it’s sticking and adhering there’s gonna be a little pull when it’s removed, but it’s so so much better than anything else I’ve tried. At this rate of using it a few nights in a row it will last quite a while, but I will definitely order again when I run out and would highly recommended.

The silicone tape really is soft and the adhesive holds well, but the adhesive is gooey and irritated my lip. The company is in Georgia but the tape is made in China. I would like to know the ingredients of the adhesive and if they are safe.
