I like that this is non toxic and actually works. I can tell when it runs out as there is a noticeable difference in my dishes without it. I can fill my dishwasher compartment with it two times per bottle. I’ve been using it a long time and continue to replace with the same product. I like knowing my family isn’t eating chemicals off the dishes they eat and drink from. You use it exactly as you use any other rinse cycle product for dishwashers.

I leaves dishes looking pretty good. Of course is not going to work 100% as well as the chemical filled ones but does about 85-90% of the job keeping water spots off- Does not leave residue at all. And does not leave any weird taste like jet dry

It’s doing a great job definitely needed. Using it with an eco friendly natural dishwasher powder. I’m very happy with the results.

When we started regularly using our dishwasher, my wife couldn't stand the smell of the popular brands of drying agents, so I gave these a try. It is, indeed, virtually odorless. Though our area doesn't have a big issue with hard water, this agent leaves our kitchenware spotless and squeaky-clean. And there have been no complaints from my wife about the odor!

I did have high hopes for this product however it did not provide what I view as necessary in a dishwasher spot remover because it did not remove spots.

While I love the idea of a "greener" rinse agent, this one frequently fails at its task. I have used it with a "greener" detergentand the results are dishes which are clean but have a "film" on them. I'll use up what I bought, but probably won't buy it again.
