My bike runs cooler!
My KTM tended to "boil over" but not since swapping over to Evans. Great product. In my second bike already.

Used Evans in CBR1100XX. I equipped it with Samco Sport cooling pipes, so can't say 100% that only antifreeze helped, but! But it eliminated the coolant boiling, and that credit goes to Evans!Tend to think, VFR800 could be cooled down as well.

I wished it had worked......
i will start by sayingi don't have an issue with the seller or Amazon.I bought this and put it in a 2005 Sportman 700 efi, i overheated the machine twice with EG coolant because the design of the machine has the radiator low and it gets clogged up when i go mudding with it. I have 25 years of mechanical backround so yes i bought and flushed my system using the associated prep fluid properly. I took my radiator out and cleaned all the mud off the fins as well. I ran it up to temperature and my fan would kick on....only problem was it wouldn't cycle off. I have great airflow across the radiatior and a noticeable temp differential between inlet and outlet. I figured maybe i damaged the coolant temp sensor during the last overheat so on a whim i bought one for $20 on AMZ. Ran the machine up to temp, fan kicked on, then i unplugged the CTS wire from the machine and plugged it into the cold temp sensor in my hand low and behold the fan shut off. I drained the Evans Powersports coolant and put in straight water and the fan cycled properly. I drained the water and put in 50/50 EG and it cycled properly. It seems the Evans coolant does not shed enough heat, this keeps my fan running constantly. I can say without a doubt it is the characteristics of this coolant that is causing this problem. I really wanted it to work but i was sadly disappointed. I emailed Evans and they said they have never had an issue. They said an air pocket could be the issue. I disagree since the fan cycled immediately as soon as i put water in my system.

Seems like the ticket for me
So far so good. Been running this in a large water cooled MC that blew a couple hoses. Replaced all hoses and filled with this stuff. After a 2 months of riding (summer in So-Cals High Desert) no issues. Will upgrade to five stars if still happy in a year.
