Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer (praziquantel tablets) for Cats and Kittens 6 Weeks and Older, 3-count

These are pretty small pills, so it was relatively easy to coat in butter, and put in the back of my cat's throat keep her head back and blow in her nose. As long as I don't hold the cats mouth shut they will swallow. I'm not sure how my fur baby got the tapeworm,as she's an indoor cat w no fleas. The medication worked and killed the tapeworm. They give you 3 pills and you only have to give the cat depending on weight up to 1.5 pills. It's a great value you can use the extra pills again. I'm very happy w results. My fur baby is tapeworm and flea free.

Our kitten has been dealing with the wormies. We crushed one tablet and mixed it in with his wet food. He was hesitant to eat it (what kitty likes taking meds?) but eventually he ate some.I went to check on him later, and noticed he had a reaction to the medication in his stool. This was a good sign. Then after that... No worms, so far! It's been 2 days and feeling like we can finally breathe and put this behind us. Thank you for helping our baby get better again! It's been a nightmare, using other kinds of meds that didn't end up helping. I will recommend this quality product from now on.

This works so much better than the powder my vet prescribes, and it’s so much cheaper. My cat had what I thought were chronic worms that kept coming back—even with the vet powder. One dose of this, and within 2 days she pooped an entire pile of worms, including a super long one, into the litter box. Gross but true. It’s been a few months, and she has had zero problems since. Highly recommend.

First of all... YOU SAVED MY CAT'S LIFE!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I was so worried about my sweet boy, since he loves going outside, but he hates going to the vet. I did some research and got these for him, and it worked right away. He was so thankful, and relieved. I am going to keep giving him one every month to keep him free and clear of worms. I feel comfortable with the safety of the product. There were no side effects, and as long as I crush it up and mix it with a full can of wet food, he will get it down, but not so he can taste it. He retched at that, so make it undetectable. IT WORKS!!! We are FURREVER GRATEFUL.

When my cats have what I suspect are tapeworms, this works! But there are times when I have used this product and my cat still has diarrhea so that means it's time to use the Panacur C.Panacur C treats not only tapeworms but also roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. It's also cheaper! It says it's a product for dogs but my vet said it was safe for cats to use as well. I have used the packet that treats up to 10lbs for my cats.Elanco Tapewormer Dewormer is a good product that works but it's a bit pricey and a little bit of a pain to break up the large capsules to mix in with the cat food. I prefer Panacur C product which comes in 3 separate packets already grinded up and ready to mix with the cat food. Comes with 3 day treatment and it has saved me lots of trips to the vet!

My pet cats like going outside regularly. One time my pet cats came home with ginormous insect; we thought it might have been a tick in her fur. After we used this product there has not been any insects or ticks, we have spotted on our pet cat's fur. This helps us make sure our pet cat is healthy, and vet visits are expensive, and this product is quite cheap. Even after a few weeks of our cats going outside we still found no insects or humongous bugs in our cats' fur.

My two cats are indoor/outdoor and great at catching rodents. I noticed my female kept butt scooting across the rug which I found odd for a cat. Researched and it could be itching from worms. Placed my order on Wednesday and it arrived by Friday. I like the pill form because I just opened their mouths and poked it down their throat and was certain they had taken it. Easy peasy. It’s been a few days and I have noticed no side effects. Gave a liquid wormer for roundworms this morning. Hopefully we will knock out all parasites and no more butt scooting on the rug!

Worked very well. Follow instructions and had good results.
