As soon as I received the Cordless electric mop I started using it immediately.Let me start by saying that this is to most amazing product I have ever used. I wish I bought it sooner because it really makes mopping a breeze!Assembly is simple, it took me less than 10 min. It's very light and comfortable to maneuver, even my 5 year old is able to mop which is a huge help since we have a dog and we live in the Midwest(tons of snow).The mop can clean between narrow areas and it doesn't make a loud sound when using.Adding water is pretty simple too, I am not adding a solution due to a lot of reviews saying it can clog the the filter.The pads are easy to wash and to attach/replace to the mop.I really don't have any cons about this one, definitely one of the best purchasesI've ever made and I'm telling everyone about how great this mop is.

I thought the handle was to short. Great customers were very kind & wrote back telling me how to lengthen the handle. Much much better.The gold standard is a scrub brush & pale - hands & knees. Well, no more.I starting looking around because I thought the "wet wipes" were getting costly. (I wash the floor all the time - I have two dogs.)This is so much more cost effective. It does an excellent job. I checked with a damp cloth to see if the machine left dirt. It did not. The polishing pads leave the floors shinny.They are easy to wash in the washing machine.It would have been nice if the engineer made the hole a touch large for filling the tank.It's light, easy to empty and a pleasure to use. It works great.

Overall, I like this electric mop. I was hoping for something that would do a good job on our floors without having to use a scrubbing motion like a swifer. The water/cleaner dispenser seems small, I need to fill it twice to do our floors which is about 1000 square ft, but I do love that you can use any cleaner of your choice in it. The battery life is rather good, I’ve only had to charge it once so far after two full cleans and a handful of spot cleans, so quite a bit. It doesn’t seem to scrub the floors on tough spots which is a disappointment, I’m not sure if that’s the pad not being wet enough or if it just needs more elbow grease. The self propel feature is fun and mildly entertaining but because it moves at its own pace it might take more time to mop, I don’t mind personally, but my husband does. Overall, I like the mop for the standard dust and dirt that comes off of shoes from the garage or outside, but a mop and bucket will still always be better (just a lot more work).

I got two of them for me and my sister . this mop is so easy to use . even after one year the spray area stop working i was so heart broken because i try few other mops but i was jot statified but the company was so helpful send me a replacment within 3 days other than company help the product it self is worth the money makes mopping easy and painless

First I’d like to say it’s a great mop. Easy to use, easy to clean the mop pads, lightweight, love the cordless feature and no rinsing or wringing needed. So unfortunately had an issue with the mop as it stopped working. I emailed customer support and got a quick response. They suggested a couple of things to try which unfortunately didn’t work so I provided a couple pieces of information they requested and now I received a new mop and I’m back in business. I appreciate the timely response and overall quick resolution.

Very easy to set up and use. Have only used once but very happy with the results. Able to clean my tile floors and less mess compared to a traditional mop. Happy with this purchase!

It's light and easy to use. But not great for stubborn deep scratches. Just doesn't run fast enough nor is it heavy enough. Perfect for new flooring that only needs a light cleaning and buffing, but not for an older floor.

This product is a game changer for me. It is lightweight and glides easily over hardwood floors. My floors are clean and the mop heads are easy to remove and attach. I did buy extra mop heads to have on hand. This definitely deserves a 5-star rating. I just hope that the battery life doesn't disappoint. Only time will tell.

Lava bien los pisos duros. Es necesario aprender a controlar el equipo y el chorro de agua (con algún detergente líquido para lavar y luego con alguna « cera » para dar brillo). Controlar el equipo xq el motor tiene buena potencia. Controlar el chorro xq lo avienta con fuerza hacia adelante. La pila, una vez recargada al 100, dura suficiente para unos 100 metros cuadrados. Si hace falta más, se recarga bastante rápido. Gracias a esta máquina, ahorro mucho tiempo y energía. Espero me dure…

This mop works very well for cleaning and is efficient, the only issue is it is difficult to have it move where you want, it almost has a mind of its own.
