Trust 23790 Mico PC Microphone, USB Plug and Play, Cable with 3.5mm Plug and USB Adapter, Condenser, Tripod Mic Stand

I bought this for my wife as her new laptop has a rather anaemic microphone. She has used it on skype and discord with no problems with the levels or quality of the sound. Seems well made and a very good price for the quality.

Comes with an audio USB adapter, which it works very well with. It's not quite as impressive if just plugged ito a PC's 3,5mm microphone input though, it works there, but is very low in volume even with the levels maxed out.Perfectly acceptable with the adapter though, and displays a wide cardioid response.It's like a mix between an omnidirectional, and a cardioid microphone,and is very useable.

Great product, not sure if it has a on button.

Nice compact and clear sound at a very competitive price

It looks very nice. Unfortunately that's as positive I can get about it, because it flatly refuses to work. The "instructions" are printed in such a small font that I had to use the camera on my phone to enlarge them enough for me to be able to read them, but I needn't have bothered because the screenshots bore no relation at all to any of the settings menus on my computer. Through a process of guesswork and focused frustration I eventually realised that there was no way I was going to get this to work.

Great mic but very sensitive so picks up all background noise.

I bought this as it felt like a "youtuber" piece.. the issue is that my desk is clogged and this mic is TOO BIG with the tripod and all.. at the end I go for a webcam with integrated mic. Better and space saving!!

Not up to scruff for me. bad quality, very tacky feel. good if you're looking for the bare minimum..
