These two phones work very well, but the instructions could be clearer to follow and more explicit. However once you have master them it works very well, the speaker is good and clear, and is overall easy to use.

Microphone really muffled on speakerphone. Quick buttons are great but phonebook buttons not user friendly in the same way.

Sadly it wasn't of use to my father. The buttons are very hard to press and he doesn't have the strength to push them or even put numbers in the phone book.If hand strength isn't a problem then the phone would be great.High volume ring and the call volume is high also.My Dad is deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other ear and he could hear but he couldn't press the buttons.:0(

Bought this for my mum who has hearing and vision problems. Phone arrived very quickly and was easy to set up.The 4 speed dial buttons (3 large with personalised labels and 1 small) means she doesn’t need to lift the handset to make a call to her 4 most used numbers.The answerphone is an added bonus, with a flashing light to indicate a new message.The cordless phone is a bit fiddly for her, but is great as a bedside phone to receive calls and so much easier than wiring in an extension lead.It was hard to find a reasonably priced corded phone with big numbers that also had a cordless phone with it. Very pleased with my purchase.

This telephone does what it claims and has resolved the problem of our relative being unable to hear whilst using the phone. All that is needed is to press an amplify button and it works. Miraculous! The only downside were the instructions being less than clear and required guess work and trial and error to programme the phone book.

It was a purchase for my 80 ish old parents. Easy to set up and use. Pleasant ringtones, loud speaker easy to find. Big buttons make it comfortable to use for older people.

Was having serious problems holding conversations on my corded/cordless phones.The Geemark phones solved this and can now easily hold and understand the other parties talking .The speaker and amplifer work well.Compared prices and found that it seemed higher than other makes but in use it was worth any differences paid to get a good result.Only fault was the set up manual could be better but nothing that was overcome easily.Recommend this unit if one has problems with normal phone useage as it is definitly hearing aid compatible

The hard wired phone works OK but the cordless developed an annoying cracking echo noise when you speak after about a month, incoming in fine. Contacted support to ask for help to be told check the plugs as they can become loose. If that doesn't work try it in a friends house, still the same problem.Contacted Amazon, the guy went out of his way to help, gave the seller 48 hrs to respond, which they didn't.So unfortunately had to have a full refund.Told to recycle the phone or give it to a friend.Amazon 10 out of 10. The supplier 5 out of 10.
